Shipping and Return Policy

 Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

Orders are generally shipped in 2 Busines days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive. 

We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return your piece for a full refund, less shipping charges, as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.  Item must be in original packaging and unworn.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. 

One note, it is important to ship your piece back to us in a proper packaging. We can't make repairs to items that get damaged in the mail. We recommend that you use either a padded envelope or a small box with insulating foam.
