It knows no boundaries as it affects people of all racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Autism is a puzzle to researchers, as there are no known biological markers, specific treatment or cure. We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return your piece for a full refund, less shipping charges, as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.  Item must be in original packaging and unworn.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. 

One note, it is important to ship your piece back to us in a proper packaging. We can't make repairs to items that get damaged in the mail. We recommend that you use either a padded envelope or a small box with insulating foam.

Care Instructions

The best way to keep your piece in top condition is to follow a few simple rules. First, never wear your jewelry in the shower, pool or hot tub as the chemicals can cause the finish to become dull over time. Second, let your skin dry thoroughly after applying any lotions or perfumes. The residue can get in between the beads and erode the shine. For the best results in keeping your piece clean, our recommendation is to use an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. These can be purchased in a variety of places. Check with a jeweler for your local options. Finally, if you use liquid cleaner, use only a commercial jewelry cleaning solution. Just dip your piece quickly and polish with a polishing cloth.
